Locating the point of connection
Every job starts by finding where the property connects to the sewer and stormwater network. We work from the water authority’s property sewerage plan and, where needed, use a CCTV camera to confirm the exact point of connection before any work begins.
Capping vs abolishment
Capping seals an existing connection — suitable when work is temporary, or the connection will be reused. Abolishment is the permanent disconnection of the sewer branch at the main, required when a property is being demolished, or a title is being subdivided. We advise which your job needs.
