Communication pre visit was excellent. Yarra Valley water representative said that the problem was on our property and that you should have fixed it. We’re unsure about that and pleased that it was fixed promptly.

James scheduled the job and confirmed the appointment time within hours and George fitted our toilet which involved significant modifications to the floor as well as inlet/outlet positioning.
