Adrian has been a long-time customer of Doherty Plumbing Solutions and recently reached out to our office with complaints of his heater’s pilot light going off. Not an ideal scenario, with the central heater not working during these colder months!
Our master plumber Brian attended the call at Adrian’s Blackburn property. The unit was assessed and Brian managed to locate the problem. The electronic sparkers were not igniting the gas supply properly.
As an added measure, Brian tested the gas supply pressure, which was optimum. So, he cleaned the unit and the igniter probe and the pilot light assembly could then be relit.
Lastly, as it is important with all gas appliance servicing, Brian tested the whole unit for any gas leaks. Everything was back to working order in no time, with no issues detected.
