There were early warning signs, with high water bills and pooling of water noticed coming through the timber flooring.
Our plumbing professional Shea attended the call on-site. The customer had already cut through the floor to open access to the pipe, which made the work quicker.
Shea detected the damaged section of the copper pipe, as the water was spurting out of the compression tee. A new section was fitted after isolating the water supply and secured with the B-press tool.
After re-instating the water supply, Shea tested the new copper pipe fitting. Everything was working just fine!
